Electric shock at Longleat

Whilst using the site facilities to shower, as I turned the water off I received a hefty electric shock that threw me across the cubicle, luckily I was only shuck up.  I got dressed an informed the warden, at first  I think he thought I was joking.  But
when other people started to complain they decided to close the shower block.  It transpired that the whole site was affected and the power was switched off until it could be recitified.  It annoyed me the none of the wardens checked to see if I was okay.
 None of the wardens of anyone from the Company have bothered to contact me to other an apology.  I find this vey poor.
