Bring Your Own Horse?

Does anyone know of sites where you can also take your horse along? By that I mean they have stabling facilities and riding opportunities very nearby, not that I will be towing the van there with the horse! :-)
Preferably sites would be in Derbyshire/Staffordshire/middle-of-the-country so that I don't have to spend 2-3 days ferrying caravan and trailer back and forth.
