Ability to make specific pitch bookings.
Picture the scenario, you travel for 10+ hours and arrive onsite meeting family and friends in 3 other outfits from across the country. But you are unable to pitch anywhere near each other for the 10 day stay 
Although the clubs ethics include first come first served for pitch allocation, I wondered what others thoughts were on the ability to book specific pitches for specific dates online or via East Grinstead.
I understand it may not be everyones cup of tea, and even wondered if it would be a logistical nightmare, lets hear your thoughts?

Imagine the scenario of 3 or 4 pitches booked in a block for people arriving on a set day. The pitches become empty over the preceding few days but have to remain unused and bookings turned away while waiting for the group to arrive.
Other pitches around the site become empty after bookings are turned away and before the group arrives but that would be no good for the block booking as they insist on being together.
Why travel for over 10 hours arriving late in the day? Would it not make more sense to break the journey overnight, make up a convoy next morning and arrive on site at 1200 when there's a greater choice of pitches?
Alternatively, why not take over a CL so you don't have problems?

One day, one day, all will be well and this won't happen. How does it? And the entire website will be user friendly 😂😂. I wanted to leave a review about a CL but it took 3 attempts to find how to do one, I've left eviews before but clearly I'd forgotten how to😶 ! Certainly proved a challenge to get started 😤

All that effort for nothing! Well spotted B2. I usually check but missed this one.
The website is a bigger joke than ever and improvements, if any, are few and far between. Do you know, I can still view the hidden posts section. Nobody seems to care so why should I worry?
