Apache awnings & Fleetwood vans

Hi Guys

We bought a 1997 Fleetwood Garland 148 and with it come an Apache awning. The Awning fits the van and works well but we wish to change it. However, the only numbers I can find on the awning are on a small tag attached in to a seem. The tag says 'Auvent Avignon
8840 of 362.' Could this be the size in mm? 

We have tried calling numerous awning retailers and we have had three different sizes given to us, from a size 7 through to a size 9. 

I measured the van myself and come up with a measurement of 870cm. If anyione else has a caravan the same as hours then please let us know what size your awning is if you have one, any other help will be equally as appreciated.
