Hi, we have the exact same van, which we've had since new. Overall very happy with it.  A few minor issues which have been sorted out under warranty.  We've had a blind replaced, the trim around the front roof lite was peeling away, which was also replaced.

On our last trip (last month) we noticed a 'white mark' starting to appear between the glazing on the large front window.  The van is going in for it's 3rd service in a couple of weeks time, so we have highlighted this with our dealer.

Otherwise, very happy with the van Smile

Thank you, that on the whole sounds encouraging, do me mind asking how much you paid new in 2013 for yours please?

Think it was around £21000, bought at October 2013 caravan show. We've been very happy with ours. Only minor quibble would be that we'd quite have liked the beds to be a little wider as we're both tall. The Cadiz S3 has wider beds, (and an enormous fridge)

Yes, we paid around £21,000 which included a new motor mover.  Beds are comfy, plenty of storage, and good kitchen work space.

Yes we read this but to be honest we have tried out the beds and they felt pretty good, our biggest worry was the reports of damp from the front handle seals into the big front lockers, there appears to be so many conflicting reports!

We have no damp issues with ours.  I don't know if you're considering buying privately or from a dealer?  Either way, you should either get a damp test report, or get a damp meter and test it yourself.

It's from a dealer who has full service history and said it is due its third annual warranty service, so pending that and a personal chech ourselves we will probably go ahead, we love the vans layout and size!

Assuming all is well with the service, and you're happy with everything .... go for it Laughing
