Heartbleed bug

Is there anyone from HO  who can  confirm whether we  are affected by the "heartbleed" bug in the  news. If so have we applied the necessary patch and do we need to change our passwords as you do hold  personal details and information that could be  leaked
by the problem.I have searched on the  web  to see if we are affected and can find no answer. Advice please?
