Enduro caravan motor mover.

I would like to ask if any of you who have an enduro motor mover fitted to a single axle caravan have experienced a  clicking sound when the mover is reversing the caravan. We noticed this on our van when about 14 months old.We do not leave the mover on
when parked and it moves the van fine as long as the battery is fully charged. It is just a little off putting hearing this loud clicking "graunching" sound.Does anyone have any advice  with regard to this?
