I just wanted to  convey my thanks for the professionalism and courtesy shown to me on the return of my Conqueror from Swift at Hull following repairs  for  damp issues.This Company have accepted they had a problem with damp in caravans and  I can only congratulate
them on their dealing with it. They had my caravan in for repair and completed what amounts to a ship's refit. They covered  all the seven issues I had with the van and did a major replacement and update to other fittings. I picked up the van today and I have
what amounts to a new van.I must congratulate the team of engineers. I did not   expect to have issues with a new van but my goodness how they have satisfied any doubts I had. All the work done was explained and reasons given for the upgrade and repair and
nothing was too much trouble. All I can say is to  those who moan  about Swift it is the way you handle your complaint, and the support of a  good reliable dealer and regular service and with that behind you all the support is there for you. Thanks to Laura,
