Powertouch Motor mover.

Hi,

Looking for some advise on purchasing a motor mover for our Bailey Ranger 500/5. 

I'm sure I recall someone saying a Powertouch HD was a decent bit of kit. We require the mover to be able to turn the van on its own axis and be able to get over a small rise in the driveway. Would this mover be able to carry out these tasks?
