Mobile service engineers ?

Has any member any advice regarding the efficiency of mobile service engineers anbd the standard of their work?The problem I have is I am due an operation on my arm on Wednesday and cannot drive for 12 weeks.My caravan is due service in 10 weeks time and
I will be going away   end of June. Do I wait until I return and let my dealer do the service or use a mobile dealer one that is accepted as a  recognised service engineer for Swift?   Help?
