Has anyone else had the  same problem as me.My membership was up for renewal and I  went on line and renewed my membership , paid my fee on 9th July. Today 21st I received notification that my membership had expired.. I rang up to be told that sorry they could not check as they had a build up of  payments and they are behind  but if I had paid all will be well,they will have amended the records by the end of the month. If I need service I have been told to tell them I renewed on line and they haven't caught up yet..Efficient or what???????. It seems that if you renew on line it automatically opens a new account for you. To me that is "cock-eyed" and an excuse for  poor management.....
