Black streaks

I have had glamour shield applied to my caravan.

Does anyone know if I can use Fenwicks or any other black streak remover on this protection coat.

Can I use Fenwicks to clean and bobby dazeler on my van I was told to use water only but I am finding black streaks and road film on it.
