Sachets of sauce, etc

When we eat out, I save any extra sachets of sauce, vinegar, etc and keep these in a small box to use in the caravan. It saves taking bottles of sauce from home and provide enough for one portion. Several of our friends now do the same, so local pubs must
wonder why people are putting so much tomato sauce on their meals!
