We bought a new Elddis Crusader Shamal May 14 this is fitted with the above fridge, does anyone else have a problem with this model so far we have lost 3 lots of food and had to buy and electric unit on our holiday in France as the unit does not freeze or
cool, in 40 years of caravaning we have never had fridge problems anyone please help

    Did you ever resolve this? I have the same fridge freezer and it is failing to freeze items in the freezer compartment whilst on electric.
