Newbie advice welcomed!

Hi Everyone,

After ages trying to convince the wife that a caravan is the way to go, we eventually bought a Sprite Quattro Fb.

We have caravanned before, but in hired vans where everything was done for us.

I appreciate that this topic has come up loads of times, but i need advice on a decent porch awning, i have read so many reviews that i am now completely confused ! I have managed to get an Isabella Commodore full awning off a friend (£150) but this will
be used probably once a year. Being new to the scene i want to keep the costs down initially, so a cheap(ish) porch for w/k ends is what i need.It needs to house the dog overnight, so nothing too flimsy.

 Any advice would be great, as you all have the knowledge/experience.
