CL site in Pembrokeshire

Looking to have a little weekend away in May and do not wish to travel to far.  Does anyone have any recommendations for CL sites in Pembrokeshire which are sutiable for myself and 7 year old.  Preferably with some easy cycle routes around.  Needs to have
EHU but thats about it really as long as it is a nice clean site.
