Overnight stay for Portsmouth ferry

Looking to stay overnight somewhere near the portsmouth ferry.  Any ideas on any slghts nearby whcih are not too expensive.  Just need somewhere to sleep really before getting the ferry the next day, For a caravan and motorhome
