Water ingress

we have a bailey senator indiana 6 and we keep it in storage. i went down to check on it in the week and found water running into the front locker on the near side and the window frame is wet inside. i have my caravan coming out to it in the morning to have
a look at it i think it needs a window rubber i just hope it hasnt done too much damage to the timber
