Big thanks again to South Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Northern General Hospital, for bringing me back and keeping me this side of the veil.

  OK, so I'm not as fit as I was, I rattle when I walk with all the meds, but I'm still working, still biking and generally enjoying life to the full.

  I just feel I have to share this with you all, if you'll forgive me.
