Rear island bed v's Tranverse island bed layout
With tranverse island bed's seeming so popular at the moment, i can't help wonder is this just a fad? I can not understand why they are so popular as a fixed bed option compared to the 'traditional' rear island bed.
With the tranverse layout, the bedroom area can not be shut off with a door (leaving the bedroom on show during the day) one of you has to climb over the other in the night to get to the toilet and you still have to mess about extending & retracting the bed for access around during the day.
Please fill me in if i'm missing something completly?
