I understand the need for extension mirrors and always fit them, the prospect of a fine for not fitting them doesn't influence me.
Why then, do people towing box trailers, animals/vehicles etc. seem oblivious to this, what is surely a rule to encompass any trailer as wide/wider than the towing vehicle?
