Site fees help please

Im a new member to the caravan club and a new owner of my first caravan and just thought id ask a question to those that no more than me i have received by club site book today and just wanted some clarity on prices if i choose a site and the price says
pitch fee adult fee and child fee am i right in thinking you pay all them totals added up or is it just the pitch fee regardless of how many of us there is and also i notice it stats a extra charge for a service pitch any advice would be very welcome thankyou
