Just received an e-mail from CC wishing us an enjoyable stay at Hillhead next week. The purpose of the e-mail was two fold, in that it was a genuine gestures of good will and it also confirmed the booking and reminded us of the club's policy on cancellations
etc. Lets hope such e-mails help to cut down on members who abuse the booking system with "no shows" and late cancellations.
