Full facility rallies?

Do any rallies take place on sites with full facilities? I know we're wimps, but we do prefer EHU and toilets.

 We did try a rally last year, but my battery didn't last, had to borrow a generator, didn't like using on board toilets, (we don't mind occasionally No.1s ),
also the rally location wasn't too pleasant, but I know that's not a general problem.
