Weekend community issues

Between Saturday, from 4pm until approximately 5 minutes ago today, we had an issue which prevented the community site from running and caused site details page issues on the main website. This was a complicated issue which needed a number of key individuals and their skills in order to be able to fix. Hence it took until this morning to resolve.

Our technical department said, “This was a unix based in memory database which had an issue. It only affected the posts and structure of the community site.”

The site is now back up and running and there should be no further issues. Thank you for your patience.
