Truma blown air

We have a new caravan that has Truma blown air heating,it has 2 outlets in lounge area and 2 in the bedroom area,3 of the outlets we have warm air blowing out ok but 1 in bedroom the 1 that has furthest distance for the warm air to travel blows cold air.I'm taking it back Friday for dealer to look at for second time receptionist said the previous workshop report stated reason for problem was "distance warm air had to travel too far and nothing could be done".

Is this to be expected on this type of system?we didn't use the heating on our previous van which had similar system so can't compare
