Oddysey drain down

 I have an Elddis Oddysey 482 in storage now for the winter. According to Elddis, the drain pipes are under the rear of the 'van, but I can't see them.
Sad

  Also, I'm not sure how to remove the water filter, don't want to damage anything.

   Ideas please.
