 I've had the dreaded P800 form again. It seems, even after having codes adjusted last year, I still owe them!

   Why is it, I wonder, that I have to telephone a premium rate phone line, at 12pence a minute, to sort it. Last year, I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I've tried twice this time, waiting for 30 minutes each time, then got cut off.  

  Easy money for HMIR, I suppose. I wouldn't mind, but since I retired, I seem to pay more income tax than when I was working.
