Loose nut on sink tap

I have a Eldis 540 the tap in the bathroom came loose so I tighten the large plastic nut on the back of the tap, problem solved. Now the tap on the kitchen sink is loose. The problem is how do I get access to the back of the tap? The fridge is under the
sink and will not move. Removing the vent grill on the outside of the van dose not give me access to the tap. There is a wooden panel above the fridge but this will not move. This must be a common problem but I am at a lose to how to get access to the back
of the tap.
