Breakdown Cover!

Hello, I have Green Flag breakdown cover for my car that ive had a number of years however after reading some literature from the Caravan Club regarding breakdown cover its got me thinking.....

I have insurance on the caravan through the CC which from what i can figure out would cover me if the caravan was put 'out of action' on a holiday then i could be put up in a hotel however, if my tow car was to break down en-route im not entirely sure my
standard green flag cover would enable me to be towed either to my holiday destination or home.

Have any of you got your caravan covered in the event of your tow car breaking down?? 

Are there cheaper policies other than the green flag one??
