CC survey just to sell insurance?

Just received email from the club with a survey to help "improve club services". Started survey but soon realised it was just a survey for them to help sell insurance! Made me feel like I do when i get all those nuisance telephone calls. Anyone feel the
same? Come on CC keep your dignity and don't descend to their levels!!
