swift challenger sport 554 hot water problem

Hello,

I have a swift challenger sport 554 model with the truma blown air system.The trouble is that the hot water only seems to be hot for about 1 minute and then goes cold.This is a real problem when wanting to use the shower.Can any one advise me on what to
do about this.Am i doing something wrong.
