My wife and I don't walk very well and as time goes by we have come to rely more and more on using a mobiliy scooter to get around. First of all I congratulate the club on its provision of facilities for disabled members. However, such facilities are  no
goood if you can't access them because your scooter is bogged down in the gravel the club uses  on its hardstandings. Not sure where the club gets its gravel but it seems the perfect consistency to arrange itself in clumps around the pitch deep enough to get
stuck in. It's also very hard on knees / elbows when you fall over on it. (my thanks to the member who picked me up last week) Anyone else have issues with the gravel on hardstandings? Using grass pitches in all ths rain is not really an option either
