12v Idiot fuse

several weeks ago I bought a folding solar panel and a 1000w inverter.......it would seem I've overloaded the 12v system.......to start with it looks like 12v is ok as control panel and most of 12v  lights etc work ok but the two 12v outlets one in the TV
box and the other in the bathroom plus the lights in the bathroom no longer work so it looks like there is an idiot fuse that is protecting the 12v system.......?I have found the 240v idiot fuse in the clothes cabinet .........it carn't be to faraway as all
the electrics are in the small area between with the control panel and the 240v hookup in and around the cabinet........ The vehicle is a 2002 Hymer Swing
