Dogs on CLs

I have started to use CLs, stayed on 3 so far. All were really nice locations which I would like to use again however, the second site had 2 vans with dogs, the owners released their animals, 4 formed into a pack and were out of control. On the third site
I saw dogs off leads, another let out in the morning to relieve itself and later left alone to bark and howl in the van. I also saw owners throwing uneaten dog food onto the grass. I have booked one more CL for next week but if similar inconsiderate behavior
occurs that will be the last.
