Ball height

For years I have been debating on a camper or a caravan, living at the bottom of a cul-d-sac the problem is if i can get the caravan out will i be able to get it back in. So i descided on a campervan, not wanting to go down the VW camper line i elected on
something a bit different a Toyota Regius. Anyway beside the point.Its fitted with a tow bar set at top of ball 14" theres a debate going on on the Regius website as to whether this is to low, out of curiosity what is your towball height
