Where do you keep your van?

I have always been fortunate enough to keep my van at home, which has always seemed a big advantage to me what with being able to keep the battery on charge and nice and easy to pack and so on. I have no idea what storage costs these days. Is it cheaper to insure a van kept iin secure storage? Do most of you store your vans at home? If not would you prefer to? Just curious really!
