Member's Feedback for Training Programme

As part of our drive for continuing to improve our standard of service that members receive when visiting our sites, The Caravan Club will be undertaking a training programme for Wardens and Assistant Wardens in 2013. To assist in this process, we have appointed
an established training provider, Grahame Robb Associates (GRA) to design and deliver this training. As part of GRA's research, they would like to contact a selection of members by telephone to seek member feedback regarding site visits they may have made
in the last year.

We are asking whether you would be prepared to receive a phone call from one of the GRA team for no more than 10 minutes to answer a few questions and offer any positive and negative feedback on your experience at a site. Any answers provided by members
are guaranteed to remain completely anonymous. We should also stress that this call will not involve any sales or marketing content, and its sole purpose is to help provide input for the training course.

The dates that GRA wish to allocate to the calls are 29th November and the 4th December 2012 (between 9am and 8pm), and Brian Collyer from GRA will be conducting the calls.  Should you wish to find out more about GRA, please look at their website
