Site wifi issues

Recently been to Beechwood Grange and Wharfdale sites, on both occasions I was unable to log onto the club web site via wifi? Each time I was told incorrect password or user name, if I turned wifi off I could log in fine via 3G. I was useing the correct
details but the system would not let me in! Has anyone else seen this happen. I have not purchased wifi time but was just attempting to use the free access to the club site only - could this have anything to do with it?
