12v fan and 240v heater advice gratefully received

Hi there, I'm looking to buy a 12v fan as my lad gets a bit hot on route in our VW (no air con) not too worried about price,  just like it to work well. 

I'd also like to buy a safe and reliable 240v heater for the awning so the mornings aren't so nippy for him.
