Peugeot 3008 diesel hydrid

Has anyone had experience or knowledge regarding the new Peugeot 3008 diesel hybrid as a tow car ?

It looks very good on paper with a strong diesel engine powering the front end and a electric motor powering the rear end giving a total bhp of 200. The kerbside weight is good and can be driven in 4 x 4 mode if required. With a claimed 70mpg and 0 road
tax it all looks too good to be true. (Apart from the £28,000 priece tag)
