We recently purchased a brand new Chausson 717 from a well known  East Anglian dealer which whenwe collected it was found to have a bowed formica table top meaning that nothing is stable on it.  We pointed it out to the dealer who took photographs and promised
to get a replacement table for us.

Here we are nearly four months later still with no replacement table in spite of our requests for the issue to be dealt with.  We have been told by them that the problem is with the manufacturer and they are still waiting for it to arrive (nearly four mnths
later?!!!!).  We are at the end of our tether with asking and having written a stiff letter to them letting them know that under the Sale of Goods Act it is up to them as the supplier to rectify the matter they do not even have the courtesy to afford us a
letter, email or telephone call.

Has anyone else had problems with getting problems sorted following purchase - this was a brand new van?
