Navigating my own discussions

Is there any way I can go straight to discussions that I have started? Each time I look to see if there are any replies I have to find them afresh, which takes a little time. Thanks.

If you look down the right hand side of your screen from the main Discussions index, you'll see "My posts".

    Hope this helps.

Hello Pete. If you look outside your framed post, you will see a sentence that says "follow this discussion". If you click on this, and the system is working ok, then you should get alerts about the post you want to follow. You need to be logged in to display
the option. Hope this helps. If you are wanting to follow your post regarding CLs near Bishops Cleeve, have you taken a look at CLs in the area? Easy to search via CL webpage.

Thsnk you again to takethedogalong, who is being very helpful to a very disorganised person. The "follow this discussion" is very useful. Thanks again Jill.

In thanks for your help, I can offer further advice to Outlook users to allow you to instantly know if a new e-mail has arrived.

    1.

Create a new folder by hovering over the text Inbox, right-clicking and selecting New Folder...

    2.

Enter the name as CaravanClub (or something you like)

    3. When you get your first e-mail from the forum, right-click it, go towards the bottom of the options (five up on my computer) and select Create Rule...

    4.

From the top half, click on the Subject contains checkbox.

    5a.

From the bottom half, click on the Move the item to folder checkbox.

    5b.

Alongside here, click the Select Folder... button.

    5c.

Select your new CaravanClub folder, then OK.

    6.

A success window should appear, offering to run this rule on messages already in the current folder. Click that checkbox (might as well) and then click on OK.
