Site Safety?

Is it me?  I stayed on a CL in August.  The mains hook up was positioned on a post just above the water tap, each pitch having its own tap.  I was worried about the risk of electrocution, but assumed the site had been inspected and found to be safe.  I emailed
the Club for advice on 19/08/15, I spoke to the Club in first week of September and was told to expect feed back in a week to 10 days. Having heard nothing I re-sent my original email on 19/10/15.  I spoke to the club this morning and was told nobody was available
today and to phone tomorrow!  Am I worrying about nothing or are members actually at risk?  A simple "Yes or no" will do, but I don't think silence is an option.
