Hymer versus Rapido

I like many others am at a crossroads and choosing the right MH is very difficult. I have been a Hymer owner now for the past ten years and considering the Rapido with the sprint shift box (not 100% sure I know what that is!) which looks amazing.

The Hymers offer the double floor to be classed as  winterised, Rapido salesman suggests that the Merc running gear and unit does not need it as its insulation is second to none, I have no reason to not believe that have I?

Any Rapido owners that could give feedback it would be appreciated before I part with my hard earned coinage or should I retain my Hymer loyalty
