Victor Meldrew at large
Forgive for being a Victor Meldrew, but the CC reponses to my queries and comments have been rather negative to say the least. What ails...well I tried to contact the CC on Monday at 8:50 of last week but was greeted by a message that said the office telephone
was not manned until 9:00 am though the website said from 8:45. I emailed to let them know but received no response. The email never arrived so they said. However the other email I sent them regarding the picture of Roman ruins in Colchester in the December
issue of the Club Magazine which I queried (am a Colcestrian by birth) because I don't think it is in Colchester. The email was replied to saying that it had been forwarded to the editorial team. I've not heard a dickie bird,since. When speaking to the receptionist
(she didn't have a clue what I was talking about) this morning, I said I was becoming disallusioned with the Club, Why she asked, so I said that the emails hadn't been responded to AND that I had been to a CL site last year that was really awful, and another
this year which clearly had a lack of transparency regarding their pricing. What were the site numbers. I quoted one from last year. Oh she said, you'll have to put that in writing via email ...grrrrr I said, I won't bother as you don't appear to respond to
emails. Am I being unreasonable ?
