Mondeo suspension - self-levelling or IVDC

I am looking to buy a new Mondeo estate and can see the benefits when towing of adding self-levelling suspension (no-brainer to me).  However, when not towing I fancy the Interactive Vehicle Dynamic Control (IVDC) with Continuously Controlled Damping (CDC)
but cannot add this option with self-levelling. Does anyone know if the CDC can achieve the same result as the self-levelling option? I asked at my local dealer but they just looked at me blankly and getting no answer to technical question from Ford UK.
