Jockey wheels

I was wondering if anyone had experience of changing a standard jockey wheel for one fitted with a pneumatic tyre. I am experiencing difficulty using the motor mover on poor ground, such a pebbles and hardstanding pitches. The jockey wheel digs into the
ground, especially pebbles on the drive, and I wondered if the pneumatic tyre version would be more effective.
