Damp Report

Im picking my new to me caravan up tomorrow it's a 2014 sterling Eccles SE wayfarer & I'm wondering do I need to see a damp report & how will I know if it's for the van I'm buying,last thing I want is to hand over my hard earned cash & find out later it
has damp.The van is coming from a reputable dealer,Yorkshire Coast Caravans so I'm hoping everything should be fine but I keep reading the horror stories about 12 month old vans with damp & will this be covered by the manufacturers warranty.
