Anyone visiting this site, the week before Spring Bank Holiday, should keep in contact with the warden due to roadworks taking place on the approach road, which I'm guessing is to fill in the potholes.

I think the road is to closed from 9.30am until 3pm and nowhere to park close by.

    I don't know where you've got your information from Notite as there doesn't appear to be anything on the Lady Margaret's Park page, but that sounds worrying.  If it is indeed the access road to the site, how are people to arrive at or leave the site between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm?

    I've flagged this up for a member of the Sites Team to investigate and, hopefully, confirm this information and make comment.

    I can confirm the below information is on The Club web page for Lady Margarets Park.

     

    Road Closure / Restrictions at

    Lady Margaret's Park Caravan Club Site

     On the 24th, 25th and 26th May 2016 the access road will be closed for road works from 9.30 am until 3.00 pm.  There will be no vehicle access in or out of the site during this time.

     As a result of this arrivals and departures on these dates can be between 8.30 am and 9.30 am or between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm. 

     If you wish to amend or cancel your booking as a result of this closure please contact the site on 01691 777200.

     Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
